General Rental Information:
- Rentals are SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during SUMMER months (June, July, and August) and certain holiday weeks, with the exception of last minute rentals.
- THREE night minimum required for all seasons.
- Maximum occupancy is six adults.
- Please NO smoking and NO pets allowed inside the vacation rental home.
- Check in is 4 p.m. EST; Check out is 10 a.m. EST
- A $250.00 refundable security/damage deposit is due within seven (7) days of receiving a rental agreement. The $250.00 deposit is in addition to the full rental fees.
- 50% of the full rental fees is payable two months prior to guests' arrival date; the remaining 50% is due one month prior to arrival. Guests must be paid in full one month prior to arrival.
- Personal or business checks are welcome as forms of payment for rental fees. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
- If requesting a "last minute reservation" (a reservation made within the next 60 days), we require payment of all funds be made via PayPal.
- Guests are responsible for all rental fees for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or an early departure.
- Late departures or early arrivals require prior approval by owner. Without prior approval, a fee of $100.00 will be charged to the guests.
- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and/or are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation/damage deposit.
- Refunds are not offered nor do we prorate rent due to inclement weather. Only in the case of a mandatory evacuation ordered by South Carolina government officials will the rent be prorated and/or refunded or reservations be rescheduled.
- Because of our strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Many insurance companies can be found by doing an online search.
